1: Chell is a member of Human Focus, a domestic terrorism group trying to stop robots/cybernetic beings from becoming a part of everyday American life. She's sent to eliminate Alex Murphy, AKA RoboCop.
2: After running off after dismantling Alex, Chell runs into him again. And feels like she may actually be kind of fucked this time.
